The Multi Pearl range of welders from GYS are featured packed, compact, synergic multi process welders.

Features include:

• Power Factor Correction - Allows for 200A output on a 13A domestic input supply
• Flexible Voltage - Enables the machine to run on a unstable power supply from 85V to 265V
• Synergic Interface - Simply program the machine which material you are welding, which diameter wire you are using along with gas type and thickness of material being welded and the machine will dial in your settings for you! This is the trimmable based on your welding preferences!
• Synergic programmes for CuSi3, CuSi8 & CuAl MIG brazing
• 15KG (300MM) wire reel capacity
• 4 Roll Wire Feeder - Allows for smooth pulling of the welding wire. This is very useful when it comes to welding aluminium without a spool gun, simply throw on a short MIG torch with a teflon liner, change your rollers to U groove and you’re away!
• Lift DC TIG - Most multi process machines offer a very basic DC lift TIG process.. Not the GYS Multi Pearl; it offers much more! With the optional euro connection TIG torch you can control post gas and downslope which goes a long way toward preventing craters and porosity in your TIG welds; the fact that the torch is also connected via the euro connector means it can utilise the gas solenoid in the machine which means not having to twist your torches gas valve on and off whenever you’re starting/ending a run.
• MMA - Capable of welding mild steel, stainless steel and cast iron welding electrodes up to 5MM diameter. This allows for welding material up to around 15MM thick! Great for when you’re in a pickle needing to weld something a bit thicker than usual!

GYS’ MIG welders are supplied with Genuine Binzel MIG torches from Germany. They don’t scrimp on the accessories!

The GYS Multi Pearl 200-4XL comes with an MB15 which is 3 Metres in length. This is upgradeable if need be, just talk to one of our sales advisors!

Warranty:

GYS offer a collect and return warranty which is 2 years in length. GYS’ UK service centre is based in Rugby.

In the unlikely event that you should need to claim a repair under warranty simply give us a call here at Welding Supplies Direct on 01952 582 260 & we’ll arrange collection of the machine (We simply ask that you’re available for collection), we’ll then get it to the service centre where it will be looked at and repaired by of the brilliant lads or ladies in the GYS UK service department.

You should expect your machine to be back with you within 7 working days (subject to issue with machine / part availability)
